What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a vehicle for helping people to achieve a higher level of well-being and performance in life, particularly when change is difficult. Coaching is a growth-promoting partnership with clients that inspires and supports them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Who Is Coaching For?

The truth is that everyone needs accountability and encouragement! Change can be hard.  Goals take commitment.  Doing something new or scary is always better and more likely to happen with a partner or guide.  I will challenge you to see your true potential and to settle for nothing less than all that you are meant to be.

What is The Process Like?

I offer a heart-centered, solution-focused approach to shifting and transforming difficult issues in your life.  The process begins with awareness and knowing yourself.  It is important to understand your motivations, your strengths and weaknesses.  The second step is to identify your goals, the aspects of your life that are most important to you, and where you can create meaningful change.  The third step is to develop your competencies and focus on the skills and qualities that will allow you to reach your goals.  The fourth step is to take your first few steps towards what is most important to you!  Then we will review and reflect on your achievements amd adjust your approach if necessary to ensure you stay on track.

My purpose is to empower my clients to improve the quality of their life by building self-awareness, self-confidence, self-esteem and resilience which are key aspects of healthy living.  I commit to working with clients to help bridge the gap between where they are now to where they want to be to live a healthier, happier, more fulfilling life!  I also commit to fostering a safe, supportive environment for individuals who are ready, willing, and able to make healthy changes in their lives and coach them toward improving and enhancing their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
